SANTALUZ residence

This project was envisioned as a luxuriously designed retreat within the city. The goal was to create a lovely, approachable space that felt new yet collected over time, balancing San Diego Bungalow-styled architectural details with modern comfort and warmth.  We created a layered approach of neutrals paired with gorgeous blue tones.  Working closely with the homeowners, we focused on proportion, materiality, and thoughtful restraint to ensure the home felt both elevated and deeply livable.
